Privacy Policy

AllDigital (MA WARAA ALTECHNOLOGY ELECTRONICS TRADING L.L.C, trade licence 980256, Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai) is a consumer electronics wholesaler based at 2nd Street, off Al Khaleej Street, Al Murar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, selling to importers, distributors and retailers. We are responsible for the personal information described here — in data protection terms, we are its controller. Anything in this policy can be asked about, or acted on, by writing to sales@alldigital.ae.

Only what a wholesale enquiry actually needs. Nothing on this site asks for a card number, and we take no payment through it.

• Your account — your name, company, country, email address and WhatsApp number. We ask for these once, and we do not ask again for what we already hold.
• How you signed in — a six-digit code sent to your email address, or your Google account. There is no password to store and we never see one. From Google we receive your name and email address and nothing else.
• Your enquiry — the products and quantities on your list, any note you send with it, and your contact details as you gave them at the time. Those details are kept with the enquiry, so that a later edit to your account does not rewrite what an old enquiry says.
• What you have asked for before — the enquiries raised on your account, so that you can see them again on your account page.
• Technical records — our hosting and database providers keep ordinary server logs — IP address, browser, the page requested, the time — which we use to keep the site working and to investigate abuse.

We do not buy personal information from anyone, and we do not collect it about people who have not contacted us.

To price your enquiry and send you a quotation, to reach you about it on WhatsApp or by email, to arrange collection or delivery of goods you order, and to keep the accounting and tax records a UAE business is required to keep.

Also to keep the site working, to stop the enquiry form being abused, and to remember your language, your currency and your enquiry list between visits.

We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information. This site carries no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics and no tracking pixels. We use your contact details for marketing only where you have asked us to — the daily offers group on WhatsApp is joined on purpose and can be left at any time.

A short list of service providers, each of which handles data on our instructions:

• Vercel — hosting for this website.
• Supabase — the database behind the stock list and the enquiries, and the sign-in service that emails your code.
• Brevo — sends the email that tells our sales team an enquiry has arrived.
• Zoho Books — our accounting system, where an enquiry becomes a quotation and, if you buy, an invoice.
• Google — two separate things. Signing in with Google, where you choose it and only for that sign-in. And Google Analytics, which counts how this site is used — see section 6.
• Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram) — every conversation you start with the WhatsApp buttons on this site happens on Meta's platform, under their privacy policy as well as ours. The same is true of comments and messages on Instagram.
• Couriers and freight forwarders — where goods have to be collected, delivered or exported, they receive what a shipment needs — a consignee, an address, a contact number — and nothing else.

Beyond that we disclose personal information only where the law, a regulator, a customs authority or a court requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

The "latest arrivals" pictures on this site are our own Instagram posts, collected when the site is built. Looking at them sends nothing about you to Instagram: the images are served from this site rather than from Meta.

If you comment on one of our Instagram posts, our systems receive the comment, your username, your Instagram account ID and which post it was on, and may answer publicly or by direct message. We keep that record so that a comment is not answered twice, and so that we can see afterwards what was said in our name. It is not combined with your website account and it is not used for anything else.

Deleting your comment on Instagram removes it from the post but not from our record of having answered it. To have our copy removed as well, see section 9.

Messages you send to our WhatsApp number are held on your phone, on ours and by Meta. We keep them as a record of what was asked for, quoted and agreed.

No advertising cookies, and nothing that follows you to other websites. What is set is what the site needs in order to work, plus one tool that counts how the site is used:

• Signing in — cookies that keep you signed in, so that you are not asked to prove who you are on every page. They are set only once you sign in, and your browser cannot read them from JavaScript.
• Your enquiry list — the products and quantities you have added are kept in your own browser, not on our server, until you send the enquiry. No price is ever taken from there — every price on a finished enquiry is worked out again on our server.
• Preferences — your language, and whether you are reading prices in dirhams or dollars.
• Measuring how the site is used — Google Analytics records which pages are read, in which language, roughly which country you are in and how you arrived — a search, a link, or typing the address. We use it to decide what the stock list should hold and which pages to write next. It counts visits; it does not tell us your name, and we do not use it for advertising.

The last two never leave your device. Clearing your browser storage removes all of it, and signs you out.

Your account and contact details are kept while your account exists, and are deleted when you ask us to. Enquiries and quotations are kept as a record of what was offered and on what terms. Invoices and other accounting records are kept for as long as UAE tax law requires us to keep them — currently five years — which means that if you have bought from us, closing your account does not delete the invoice.

Instagram comment records are kept while they are needed to avoid a duplicate reply and to account for what was sent, and are deleted on request. Server logs are held for a short period by our providers and then overwritten.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Show you — a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct — anything that is wrong or out of date — most of it you can edit yourself on your account page.
• Delete — your account and what is attached to it, subject to section 7.
• Stop — using it for marketing, or withdraw a consent you gave.
• Restrict or object to — a particular use of it.

Write to sales@alldigital.ae and we will answer within 30 days, free of charge. These are the rights given by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the equivalent rights under the UK GDPR and the GDPR apply, and you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

Email sales@alldigital.ae from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my data", and tell us what to remove:

• Your website account — give us the email address you signed in with. We delete the account, your contact details and your enquiries, keeping only what section 7 requires us to keep.
• Your Instagram data — give us your Instagram username. We delete our record of your comments and of the replies sent to you.

We confirm in writing once it is done, within 30 days. We may first ask you for something that shows the request is really yours — deleting an account for whoever asks would be the more serious failure of the two.

We operate from 2nd Street, off Al Khaleej Street, Al Murar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The providers listed in section 4 run their services from data centres that may be in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States or elsewhere, so personal information may be processed outside the country you are in. Where that happens it is under the contractual protections those providers offer, and it remains subject to this policy.

This is a wholesale site, meant for businesses and the people who buy for them. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18, and we delete it if we find that we have.

If what we do with personal information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you directly rather than rely on you noticing the date.
